Section 360
Loss of property acquired under succession, not to be lost

(1) The beneficiary shall not cause or cause loss of the property received under the inheritance.
(2) Beneficiary shall be responsible in case of any loss or damage caused by the beneficiary or the person who has taken possession, lease or mortgage in accordance with section 358 while using such property.
